Cancellation Rules
HOTEL SATURNOFONTE PURA
- General Terms and Conditions: No charge is made for cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Special Conditions: During high season, public holidays and national holidays, an amount equal to 30% of the total stay will be withheld in the event of cancellation, changes or no-show.
- Early Departures: No reimbursement is due to a guest who decides to terminate a stay already commenced and will therefore be charged a penalty of 100% of the full amount.
Special requests and health problems
Any special requests must be made at the time of booking.
Although we will endeavour to fulfil all requests, provided that they are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled. We will not be able to accept bookings in which a particular condition of fulfilment of a special request is specified. All bookings will be treated as 'standard' bookings subject to the above provisions of special requests.
If you have any health problems or disabilities that may affect your holiday, please let us know before confirming your booking. If we reasonably feel that we cannot meet your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline your booking or, if such information is not received at the time of booking, it will not be considered at a later date.
